Incident Report for Pencil

Resolved

Cloudflare has reported an incident affecting certain regions. As a result, some users may experience downtime or limited access to the Pencil platform in those regions. We have resolved this by moving our platform frontend to Google Cloud Storage (GCS). Services are now fully restored and stable.
